God no the original mini is awful IMO. Pony up the extra $200 and get a retina 32GB because 1. The original mini sucks nowadays and 2. 16GB can barely hold Apple's free apps.User Opinion 2:
I own both version of the Ipad Mini. The new Ipad Mini with retina has a much better display quality that when you play the same game, the difference is noticably better. Loading times are much faster and the new Ipad Mini with Retina does not crash as often as the older one. This is based on my personal experience where i tried to play the same game on both devices. The 1st Gen ipad Mini seems to struggle and lags when you have too many things displayed on the screen at the same time, like in those build sim type of games. Battery life feels about the same, and remains excellent even when gaming.User Opinion 3:
hi guys i want know that is this ipad mini wifi 16gb is better than samsung galaxy tab 3 7.0 wifi 8gb ?because i want to buy a tablet with full support for high loaded games ! one of my friend has tab 3 ! he says fifa 14 , real racing 3 etc.. games lag and hang while playing in his tab 3 ! so i want to know that will this ipad mini wifi 16gb will get stuck or lag while playing infinity blade , gta san-andreas , or fifa 14 ? or is there any problem with it because i really need a tab with a great performance so please tell me about this ! i will be really thankful to all of you guys who shall reply good !

Oh yeah that 5 megapixel camera is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING... I mean the fact that almost every device in the world other than Apple devices went past 5 megapixel cameras about 28 billion years ago is irrelevant. Because I'm an Apple fanboy and I'll buy Apple junk no matter what they release. In fact I might even buy the new Mac that looks like a trash can. Hey and the new iPhone is exactly the same as the old one. WOW I'll buy it. And for those who'll reply that the new iPhone has a 64 bit processor. Well that's great! You can now support more than 4 GB of ram... wait... hang on the iPhone only had 1GB of ram, I wonder when they'll upgrade to at least 2GB. Probably have to wait for the iPhone 256User Opinion 5:

These are the only things i need from this new iPad or else i would get an iPod touch and upgrade after an year
