BlackBerry Q5 reviews:

User Opinion 1:

I read all the comments for 3 weeks for some reasons i was scared because of some comment posted by this phone users on the other hand i felt it would be best if i get the phone and see everything myself i got this phone just last week and its the best ever easy to operate no problem with keys just one thing you can't copy and paste so i'm saying to everyone who really wanna get this phone please do you won't regret!!

User Opinion 2:

Hi. First of all I would like to tell all that Q5 is a fantastic smartphone.
I am working in a telecom company where in I feel that we can't live without BlackBerry & this one is awesome to handle with. Superb battery, screen, speed, no hanging problem.
It doesn't need dependency on touch screen, it has a fantabulous keypad.
If any1 is upgrading with in blackberry family. It will be fun else it may take some time to make BlackBerry your part of life.
It has Good camera, music output is awesome.no slippery body & lots more.
Friends I have s Samsung note2 also. Which I keep into my pocket for the sake of 2nd option.
BlackBerry, i'll like to see ur come back.
Get it guys.

User Opinion 3:

I purchased q5 recently and really unhappy. The simplicity my earlier BBs had, which I used for 7 years is no longer there. It has two passwords, copying phone number from contacts is a big pain, calling from called numbers just won't work at times, no shortcut keys like side keys. I would suggest you speak to your friends who have similar use as yours, see the model before buying.

User Opinion 4:

the memory for Me since i've been using it is never and issue, you can refer to an option of deleting languages you don't use to create more RAM which will improve performance of the phone (i hardly noticed this with the 8520) in the phone that will give more room for extra apps and the App monitor will remind you everytime if you have background apps still active if you doing other things on the phone and it will de-active them for you (which you can opt to not to if you want, if the phone has less than 10MB that's when it becomes slow but the app monitor notifies when it nears 30MB;) you can also delete apps you don't use which you will find in Well you are right the Q5 & Q10 have the simillar auto brightness feature and if I am not mistaken even the Z10 has the same auto brightness feature.

I guess BB has constructed BB OS 10 without the option to turn off auto brightness.
But it would be good if we were given the option to turn on or off the auto brightness.
Anyways, have a nice weekend.

Cheers!!

User Opinion 5:

Yes the auto brightness causes the phone screen to dim when in low light.
Many people have complained about reading difficulty due to this since you cannot turn off the auto brightness.

What BB has done with their latest OS update 10.2 is that they have introduced an option called white balance, stating that you can adjust the screen from Cool White to Warm White, but when you move the slider towards the left the screen is blueish white and when you move the slider towards the right, the screen is yellowish white, as if you have an amoledyellowish screen. So my slider moving from left to right is 40%.
Hope this helps, otherwise visit a Store to check out the demo before you purchase the device.

Cheers!!
