First of all, it runs on a cheaper board like Mediatek, but fair quality with occasional heating up, instead of going with Qualcomm MSM8939 Snapdragon 615 with 5.5 inch and 720 x 1280 res. - So price will be much lower and would pose a significant threat to unbranded chinese mobiles, this is a good strategy to build up faith from a grass root level for Sony products.User Opinion 3:
e4g is better than 526gplus as-1.e4g has 64bit cortex a53 processor whereas 526gplus has 32 bit processor.thus e4g will be a great performing handset.besides 64bit processor makes e4g future proof.

the chipset of e4g is mediatek mt 6732-it is 1.5 quad core 64nit a53.now its competitor is snapdragon 410.the mt 6732 beats snapdragon 410 in benchmarks by a huge margin.besides the gpu for this mt 6732 is mali t760 that is faster than adreno 306 if snap 410.and since e4g is entry level,it us good to have a real fast processor.and remember mediatek produces real good soc s..its cheap as it has to compete with the established snapdragon brand.User Opinion 5:
Wish Sony would have released it with 260+ppi.and about 9.5mm thickness.those are the only cons.The processor is awesome.it is better than snapdragon410.
Camera 5mp is okay as long as Sony has put a better sensor.
