User Opinion 1:

I do not think Samsung will release in India. Similar experience I had with note 3 duos when they released only in China market. There is no any notification from Samsung to release in India till now.

User Opinion 2:

Please don't order or prebook this on Samsung site. Samsung cheats by showing various colors in pre-booking but will compel you to buy white only after the launch. And you can also get 4000-5000 INR cheaper at market stores after 7 days of launch. Their prices are inflated.

User Opinion 3:

Your comparison should be between the S4 & the S5 and not the Note 3. If you should make any comparison at all, it should be between the Notes 2&3. Why? This is because, the Note series have a bigger size, have got a stylus, may not fit comfortably into small hands and are more powerful than the Galaxy S - equivalent for any particular release of the Note, for that generation.

 This note neo has a cortex A6 processor which is a very weak processor. weaker than that of old S2. It will be like S duos or grand quatro. It wont even supprt 720p video.
