Hello. My father just bought me this phone 3 days ago. I am really happy to have this kind of phone, until this small problem occurred. I just installed like 10 or less applications. Then this day, I want to download more applications but it says that I have insufficient space. Then I changed the installation place into system default since I have 8gb memory card but it kept on saying I have insufficient space. Like, what am I going to do? Please help me. Thanks. You are my only chance to fix this. God bless.

its features are good also with the gestures which is not available on any other brands. but i have one problem. it can't download its own applications due to low memory. its system storage is only 1GB. system storage is different to internal memory and RAM... that's why I'm so disappointed with this phone. planning to sell it next year. thanks.

Same experience here, download issues due to insufficient memory, though we have an external sd card inserted on it. i already set my apps to be located in my sd card however it doesnt work. ahmm we should know how to fix this. i would not advice to someone this to buy. DONT BUY THIS.

Good day!
Sorry to hear your concern.
This is because the storage of your phone are divided in to two different partitions, one is System Storage
and the other is Phone Storage. When you install applications most applications choose to install on System Storage by default thus when System Storage partition is full even if your phone storage still having enough space you will be unable to install any applications any more.
If you are ok for data loss, kindly do this procedure to prevent "Insufficient Memory" error.
If customer requires backup: Go to: Backup and restore icon >Tap the …>Settings >Backup location > SD card >Ok >Back >Create new backup
If newly unboxed unit: Remove SD card first and turn on the phone.
Go to Settings >Storage >Format phone storage >Erase everything
Perform hard reset by dialing *#8778# at the phone dial pad
Turn off the phone, insert SD card, and turn on the phone again.
Go to Settings >Storage >Preferred Storage Location >Phone Storage
Move movable apps to SD card by using these apps via Playstore: Move2sd, Easy App2SD , app2sd.
Use this app to clean the system: Android system cleaner.
