Dude I , use Note 3 & Zenfone 5 both at same time...!Previously I had iPhone 5S and Note 3 , but my iPhone 5S fell from my hand on the road when i was on bike , and a car went over my iPhone , so i wanted a new phone very urgently but didn't had enough money to buy an iPhone again...so that time i did some research & decided to buy Zenfone 5 , and i didn't regret buying it...its a great phone...better than my iPhone 5S in every aspect...not the camera...but camera is great for its price...i just love my zenfone 5 , i don't want an iPhone again...!
Now the main topic :
Please don't compare G3 to Zenfone 2 , G3 is way more costlier than Zenfone 2 , G3 has the worst screen ever i have seen , even my zenfone screen is better than G3...i am an AMOLED fan , so all LCDS looks dull to me...!
Zen UI is more beautiful , its simple , looks great...!
LG UI is a totally ripoff of Samsung's Touchwiz , and as a Samsung user too...every Samsung user if given an LG phone will immediately tell that LG UI is totally a Ripoff of Touchwiz...!
The main point is about affordability , not everyone can buy a G3/S5/One or Note series...we get same or even more powerful Phone at 1/3 the price of Flagships from big brands...and that i realized after switching from iPhone 5S to Zenfone 5...!
And Asus didn't copied the back button from G3 , they had to shift the volume buttons back because there is no space available on the side , because the side edges are only 3.9 mm thin...so they couldn't fit the button on side...!

this is crazy ....the zenfone 2 just got a billion varients now....this is the 5" hd 720 p with 2gb ram and z3580 ....
asus might also have a 5" version with 4gb of ram and 1080p display...
i will probably go for the 5.5" 720p hd version with z3560 and 2gb ram tat might be the best of them all..
the reason is tat all these varients no matter wat..have 3000 mah battery so the battery life will be the least in the 4gb 5.5" fhd version ...
the battery will last longer in the fhd 2gb ram version but the performance will be slightly better in the 720hd 2gb z3560 5.5" version compared to the fhd 2gb 5.5" z3560 version....the performance of the 720phd 2gb 5.5" z3560 in my assumption will be as good as the z3580 fhd 5.5" 4gb version...
if you are worried about the display ...dont be...coz all the varrients have truevivid tech on top and 400nits brightness and youre hardly going to notice the difference as it is an ips display
i wouldnt recomend going with the 5" version as those varients have just a single led flash which is not even close to that of the 5.5" duel toned flash
a few minor cons with the zenfone 2 tat i found looking at all the videos are below,just check them:
1. there is a shutter delay while taking hdr or low light mod pics
2. the low light mod shrinks the picture quality to 3 mp which is a disapointment that is left by the zenfone 6
3. the front camera angle is quite distorted u might notice
that or not,however there is a selfie mod tat uses the rear camera so no problem
4. the front camera has a slightly laggy picture movement in indoor lighting conditions
5. the power button is on top,its hard to reach..but there is an option of double tap to lock and wake...so no probs
6. the quality of the speakers is still a mystery
7. might heat up quickly
8. the overall size of the phone would have been even better if they had removed their so called iconic design on the bottom...but on the bright side it prevents accedental touches on the home button
9. the capacitive buttons couldve been backlit...
10. no optical image stabilizer
11. non removable battery
besides all this the phone is one of the best phones overall

Really getting frustrated by waiting for more than one month for the release of zenfone 2 in India. Initially it was told that this mobile will be released in first week of march 2015, but asus has not yet confirmed the date of release in india. Hope that they will release this phone by march 2016. Worst marketing strategy by asus team....please provide an update asap for the $199 zenfone release in India...else we(zenfone lovers) will surely move to purchase other handsets....User Opinion 4:

The phone is not in stock in ANY retail outlet currently - ONLINE or LOCAL - FACT !
The launch price of $199 for the 2gb version was confirmed by the ASUS sales director at CES - FACT !
The 1st batch of phones were confirmed to be available in March by the ASUS sales director at CES - FACT !
Everything else posted on here or elsewhere and any pre order / pre launch prices published anywhere currently are NOT the official ASUS prices and are purely the price that the chancers listing them are hoping to get for them - FACT !
As i have said previously - Relax - Chill out and Wait as all will be revealed soon !
If you are daft enough to pay over the top prices for one of these phones via a pre order website seller then you are quite frankly BONKERS !
I would suggest that the MODERATORS act a little more responsibly and only post factual information that they have had confirmed via ASUS as anything else is quite frankly irresponsible and only adds to the confusion !

zenf w 5.5 32gb flash memory 4 gb ram 299 ( price is 100 buck more because of ram emmc higher combo
and 64gb version with additional 50-70bucks
it must be logical for every product not to cast shadow in pricing
