I had ipad 4 with cellular more than a week now and I'm really satisfied with all the features that it provides. Battery lasts long, have some overheating issues when charging but I guess it is pretty normal though :)
The display is great especially when watching HD movies.. Processor is very fast unlike android tablet which is a bit slow. Does not hang or lag. It's worth the money. It is just simply the best. I would definitely recommend it to everybody :)

No, this iPad in fact any iPad can not be used for calling. You can use for FaceTime calling if 3G is enabled and the peer would have any apple device with 3G/wifi enabled.

Apple iPad 4 does not support calling function except the person you want to talk to is using Facetime application (provided you have his facetime ID). You can only text to the users of IM.
Cellular data function is only meant for Video calling, messaging through IM and internet surfing. For in general calling on mobile numbers, you need separate cell phone.
Famous social media application Whatsapp is not available for iPad.

NOKIA WINDOWS 8 TABLET is going to release ... Better than i pad lighter in weight.. Excellent clarity.. 5 mp rear nd 2 mp front camera.. 2.15 ghz .. 10.1 inch amoled screen.. It would rock the world ..
